Tokyo Record Bar is a unique enviorment.

As a Sous Chef, you are customer facing.

You must be able to multi task, work in an intimate setting and be personable.

Every night has two flat seatings that are a seven course japanese influsenced izakaya menu, while helping service the food menu for upstairs Champagne bar Air's.

TRB is a very small team and we are looking to add someone who can come in, recognize what is needed, work clean and efficiently.

We change our menu weekly.

This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in seasonal japanese cuisine, has a diverse work background and is looking to be creative as well as work within a framework.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $700
