Food and Beverage
The Food and Beverage Expeditor is responsible for full-process ticket expediting, from assisting with firing dishes in the kitchen, to plating, to delivering finished dishes to guest tables. The Food and Beverage Expeditor will also be responsible for performing sidework for FOH, replenishing FOH stock and clearing bus bins, preparing mise-en-place, and any other duties designated as necessary by the manager on duty.

All restaurant Back-of-House work spaces & stock/storage areas, with a specific emphasis on the kitchen pass/food prep area, as well as Front-of-House spaces and storage areas.
