Per Se, Thomas Keller’s Three Michelin Star fine dining restaurant has an incredible opportunity for an experienced wine professional to join its dining room team as a Sommelier. Candidates will have a strong service orientation and be knowledgeable in both international wine and beverage. This individual will be working service, maintaining and growing an extensive cellar, as well as contributing to our education program.
A minimum of three years of experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining environment is a must. Our new Sommelier will be influential in all aspects of the wine department but should also be eager to grow existing foundations while working with a team of equally inspired and enthusiastic professionals.
