Job Description: Our Bar Manager will play an essential role in establishing an exciting and unforgettable dining adventure that will keep our guests coming back time and time again. The person in this position will ensure their team always executes stellar customer service, will set high standards for service and hospitality, and will act as an ambassador for our brand in and outside of the restaurant. The Bar Manager will manage liquor costs and inventory, plan, organize and execute special events, will provide knowledge, guidance, and training to the bar staff, and will address and resolve customer complaints quickly and always with a smile!

Qualifications:
- High volume experience of 3+ years as a Bar Manager is a must for this position
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Bar Manager must possess
- The Bar Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Bar Manager
- The Bar Manager should always make themselves available to the restaurant
