• 1-2+ years’ experience as a Line Cook in a well-rated NYT restaurant
• Experience in Asian inspired restaurants is highly preferred
• Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant in a high pace restaurant
• A culinary degree is preferred
• Full availability; including weekends

• 1+ year experience working a dim sum station and preparing sim sum from scratch
• Experience in fast-paced Asian restaurant
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant in a high pace restaurant
• Clean technical skills
