Qualified Line Cooks will have:
- 1-2+ years’ experience as a Line Cook in a well-rated NYT restaurant
- Experience in Asian inspired restaurants is highly preferred
- Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant in a high pace restaurant
- A culinary degree is preferred
- Full availability; including weekends
Qualified Dim Sum Cooks will have:
- 1+ year experience working a dim sum station and preparing sim sum from scratch
- Experience in fast-paced Asian restaurant
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant in a high pace restaurant
- Clean technical skills
