80 Thoreau is currently seeking entry level and hot line cooks to join our tight-knit, dedicated kitchen crew! We are a scratch kitchen focused on French technique and local ingredients. We serve dinner only, five nights a week (closed Sunday and Monday!!!). We are looking for enthusiastic team members eager to learn. Gain exposure and learn pasta making, pastry, butchery, charcuterie - meat and seafood. Some experience or culinary school is preferred for the entry level positions, but we are willing to train the right candidates. One or two years experience in a fine-dining, scratch kitchen required for hot line positions.
