We are an exciting new craft cocktail and whiskey lounge looking for a qualified server to join our team. Looking for an outgoing person who can provide our customers with an outstanding experience. Must be able to meet all the needs of our customers, compelling them to come back again.

Responsibilities of a Server:

Greeting customers

Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Help create a welcoming culture within the community

Nurturing customers to provide an exceptional guest experience

Taking drink orders from guests, relaying this information to the bartender

Serving drinks and snacks to guests

Keeping the seating areas clean, supplies stocked and well-organized

Keeping tabs on inventory and alerting management when product needs to be reordered 

Server Job Requirements:

Prior server experience recommended

Premium customer service skills

Navigates efficiently throughout the bar

Basic computer and math skills

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Interacts well with existing staff

Works well under pressure

Takes ownership of their duties

Professional and positive disposition

Age 18 years or older

Available nights and weekends

Fun to work with and is an overall nice person

Good situational awareness (Stay relaxed with a calm demeanor to keep an open focus and be ready to handle any issues that may arise.)
