Job Description:
Cooks will work together to ensure that all food is produced accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards and expectations of the chef and general manager. Cooks will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders, preparing food for service, cleaning, and additional duties as directed by the chef or general manager.
- Provide each customer with an amazing experience by providing quality food in a timely manner
- Communicates with team members to ensure all menu items are available each day
- Is Highly organized and able to work well in a face paced environment
- Ensures food is prepared according to recipes and all menu items are available every day
- Instills proper food and general safety practices
- Cleaning and daily maintenance of equipment
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of the menu
- Assists with tasks throughout the restaurant as requested by management
- Maintains a professional appearance, is well groomed and practices high levels of cleanliness
