Job Details

We are hiring a Kitchen Steward for Little Banchan Shop

This is a salaried position and weekend availability is a must.

Business hours will be from 9am-9pm

The space is newly constructed and all equipment are brand new.

Daily duties include:

Responsibility for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all food production areas, retail area and curbside.

Washes pots, pans and traps

Supplies dishware to food preparation stations as needed

Keeps work area (floor, machine, shelving, carts, ) clean at all times

Dedicated to supporting a safe work environment

Must be well organized and works well independently and or as a part of a team

Separate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers

Candidate will also ideally be responsible for hiring dishwashers/porters that will be working under your supervision.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $65,000.00)
