Bouchon Bistro, Thomas Keller's authentic French restaurant in Yountville CA, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to lead our beverage team as a Head Sommelier.
Located in the heart of wine country, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn and work with some of the most respected leaders in the profession.
The right candidate must have extensive wine knowledge and 5+ years’ experience in a kitchen driven or fine dining environment. This individual will be a vital partner in the leadership of the service team. Oversees the execution of the beverage program, participates daily in service, provide educational opportunities for staff, and assist in the oversight of the cellar inventory.

Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar position
- Superior wine knowledge
- Able to understand and communicate the predominant language of the restaurant
- Proficient in Microsoft office, POS, and inventory software.
- Must be physically able to reach, bend, stoop and carry up to 40 pounds, and utilize stairs regularly
