DMK, a rapidly growing hospitality restaurant company with iconic, award-winning brands in Chicago, Las Vegas, Washington, DC, and New York, is looking for a bright, empathic, experienced manager to join our New York leadership team.  DMK is owned by David Morton of the Morton's Steakhouse family and boasts a roster of award-winning chefs and a one-of-kind culture rooted in personal and professional development.  
 
DMK is opening two, design forward, hospitality-driven venues in Manhattan and is now accepting applications from those that are eager to participate in all aspects of creating memorable experiences for guests and teammates, alike.

We are now looking for a professional, systems-minded leadership team with a guest-first mentality to lead one of our most exciting kitchens. Operating M-F, this new project aims to provide a thoughtfully executed celebration of vegetables and seafood to our diners.

We are searching for fellow veggie nerds, with a keen eye and appreciation for sourcing. DMK will partner with the regions top farms and purchase intentionally from GrowNYC farmers markets. The restaurant will exhibit a strong dedication to amazing purveyors, sustainable fisheries, strong animal husbandry, and the foods that delight us with stories.

If you have successfully overseen kitchen operations at a multimillion-dollar, full-service restaurant; share our passion for food, attention to detail and operational excellence; and can deliver contagious hospitality to guests and staff alike, then we want to talk to you.
