Job Summary 

Bakers are the heart and soul of Breadblok!

Bread Baker Position Overview

  • Produce top-quality, artisan gluten-free bread and baked goods.
  • Mix dough, manage fermentation, scaling, shaping, and baking.
  • Work to a tight production schedule to produce approved menu items based on daily pars.
  • Follow and enforce kitchen/bakery hygiene and safety standards.
  • Observe safety and security procedures.
  • Ensure all final product quality and presentations adhere to standard operating procedures.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
  • Shift: Day and Evening.

  • Candidates must have a Food Handler’s certificate.
