Job Details
Work in an established and fast growing high-end steak house. We are looking for hard-working, positive people who thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are a technique focused kitchen where everything is prepared from scratch in-house. It is an excellent opportunity for cooks to learn and hone their craft. We also take pride in using the highest quality local products and have excellent relationships with some of the best farms and local artisans. While we are a disciplined kitchen, we also put a premium on having a positive work enviroment and believe we can execute high-end, elevated cuisine while still having fun. 

  • Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
  • Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks 
  • Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
  • Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
  • Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts 
  • Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
