Noisette is a new concept that will be opening this summer in the Lower Highlands. We are a classic French bakery open for take-out during the day and an intimate, full-service upscale French bistro at night celebrating cuisine bourgeoise.
We are a chef-owned and operated restaurant seeking enthusiastic, professional, & experienced BOH individuals (Line and Pastry Cooks) to execute upscale service for our guests with focus on sincerity, passion, knowledge, and attention to detail. The ideal candidates will have fine dining experience and be able to maintain a professional and positive attitude relating to our guests, staff, and job duties.
Duties and qualities that we envision for the ideal BOH candidate include:
Executing dishes precisely and consistently according to recipes.
Maintaining an exceptionally clean kitchen.
Being able to meet the physical demands of a full service kitchen.
Being organized and moving with a sense of urgency.
Having a high attention to detail and ability to follow specific service standards and procedures with consistency.
In-depth knowledge of French food and technique.
