Sushi Ginza Onodera is looking for a prep cook to join our team!
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Service minded and willing to learn and grow with us.
- Duties will include but not limited to prep cook duties, supporting the chefs. Will include tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing, maintaining sanitation standards as well.
- Someone who can work in an flexible environment and willing to take on any tasks.
- Ability to prepare fish (fish monger, fish butchery).
- Previous New York restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation:
- Part time: $21-
***Compensation will be determined based on experience.
