al di là Trattoria is seeking a part time busser. We are a busy, neighborhood restaurant in Park Slope, Brooklyn, established in 1998.
Candidate should be able to
-work with warmth, precision and efficiency under the pressures of a busy service while maintaining a friendly and courteous attitude towards collegues and guests.
- assist with all aspects of service, cleaning, serving, clearing, pouring water, serving bread, and assisting in any way necessary.
-Work as a member of a team to create a warm, communal and welcoming experience.
-Work as a member of a team to maintain all aspects of the restaurant from set up to closing and cleaning.
