Job Details

Mini Mott is growing and we are looking for an experienced Front of the House Manager to join our team. 

The FOH Manager will oversee Front of the House and Bar teams.  In service, they will serve as a manager on duty. Out of service they will plan and lead trainings, work on strategy and general administration, and help maintain any aspect involved with the FOH or Bar. The role is an acting manager on duty, bar staff manager, and bar program lead. 

50 hours/week (Five shifts as MOD and about 10 hours of admin)

  

Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for all things food and beverage. Has an ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads. Must believe in quality by consistently upholding defined standards over time. Able to work in a team, develop staff, is a high communicator and thrives in creating genuine guest experiences.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2 year of experience in full service restaurants, both FOH and Bar
  • Has a genuine love of hospitality
  • Teachable and excited to learn
  • Must have open availability including evenings and weekends.

 

Duties include:

- Acting as a floor manager/MOD, overseeing service and both FOH and bar staff

- Maintaining current food and beverage menus

- Conducting pre-shift meetings

- Conduct daily service financial procedures

- Overseeing inventory and receiving

- Bar and FOH Equipment oversight

- Beverage and Food training for bar and foh staff

- Oversee hiring / training
