Peachtree Catering and Events, a catering and event production firm in Radnor, Pennsylvania, is looking for kitchen professionals to join our team. Candidates must work with efficiency, professionalism, awareness & initiative. In this role, they will learn to prepare foods from various cuisines, use seasonal and local ingredients, and become part of a lively family-oriented operation. Peachtree caters to an expansive clientele at four exclusive venues as well as off-premise catering events. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who is interested in broadening their cooking skills and learning closely from a privately owned catering operation.

Responsibilities
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Maintains overall cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
- Runs the culinary service at event
Requirements
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Able to work effectively under time constraints
- Able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
- Able to maintain a clean and organized work area
