The Wall Street Hotel, partnered with a Michelin-starred and award-winning Chef, is currently looking for an experienced, passionate, and service-focused Pastry Chef to join our team. Competitive salary based on experience.
The pastry chef will support the pastry team in all mise-en-place and work station alongside the them. Their plate-by-plate excellence will be the final touch on an elegant dining experience, following the pride and execution of all steps of service by every employee in the restaurant.
The Wall Street Hotel pastry program will include classic French desserts, viennoiseries , bread baking, and a luxurious but whimsical amenity program.
In addition to the required qualifications listed above, we are seeking a passionate hospitality professional who is highly organized and an effective communicator with demonstrated ability to successfully lead a large group of employees while focusing on maintaining and elevating standards. We are looking for people who can work well with a tight, harmonious team and who can take direction in a disciplined and intense but supportive and respectful environment.
The Wall Street Hotel will be the home to a full service restaurant with PDR, lobby bar with lite dining, as well as events.
