Located on iconic Cortlandt Alley, Mena is a 50 seat restaurant from Chef Victoria Blamey offering technique driven, globally inspired plates seen through a South American lens. At Mena, we support our farmer friends in the US to create a community and nurture the local food shed to foster ethical and sustainable farming and foraging practices.
This is an opportunity for an individual with a strong passion and background for hospitality through culinary to help build a program in a positive, supportive and dynamic environment.

-Posses a NYC food handler certification or able to obtain within 90 days of employment
-Knowledge of food safety and safe food handling procedures
-Knife skills
-Ability to work as part of a team in an evolving environment
-Some pastry experience
-Ability to stand for extended periods
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
