Cooks at our restaurant are expected to be grounded, humble, and eager to practice their craft. We offer a learning environment where our team is encouraged to work hard and grow. We change our menu often, encourage risk-taking, invite visiting chefs to collaborate on dinners with us, operate a full production bakery for pastries and breads, and generally aim for a standard of excellence that is world class.
We are seeking individuals who want to join a team and put in time with us. We offer opportunities for advancement and growth as we operate two concepts in Charleston, two in Nashville, and one in Atlanta.

B&B opened The Daily in 2014, a modern bodega serving Stumptown coffee, cold-pressed juice, wine & beer, breakfast, lunch and grab-and-go provisions; Butcher & Bee Nashville, an expanded version of the original, opened in December 2015.
Having outgrown our original space, we decided to move to a bigger location on Morrison Drive, offering more meal periods, a larger, more diverse menu, beer, wine and cocktails, and reservations.
