• A minimum of 5 years experience in a fine dining restaurant as a server or captain

• Professional demeanor, polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests' expectations
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to move gracefully

• Excellent verbal communication skills
Bartenders
• Experience with hand crafted cocktail programs, including production of syrups and garnish
• Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
• An appreciation and understanding of fine food, wine, and spirits
• Ability to produce consistent cocktails in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor, polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests' expectations
• Sense of urgency, quick and savvy
• Ability to move gracefully, and efficiently
• Ability to speak English fluently and clearly
• Possess leadership qualities
• Must be a team Player
