Job Details
Woon is homestyle Chinese restaurant located in Historic Filipinotown seeking an experienced Prep Cook. The prep cook is responsible for preparation of salads, dressings, proteins, sides - including some dough work such as Scallion Pancakes. They are also responsible for inventory and daily ordering.
Position: Full-Time Prep Cook
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, Some Sundays (Mornings Only)
Requirements:
• Ability to read and speak English is a plus
• Experience as a prep cook required
• Food Handler's Card required
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Has basic math skills
• Must be very clean
• Organized
• Be able to follow a prep list
Starting Rate: $17/hr. or experience based + tips + health benefits
