Cookshop is hiring an Administrative Assistant. Located in Chelsea, we are seeking organized. We are seeking an organized, kind, and hardworking individual with a positive and professional attitude to join our team.
The Administrative Assistant will assist the management team in daily functions including website and email maintenance, and assist in placing ads, and on boarding new hires. This is primarily an office job working days with some inventory and ordering. Preferred experience includes a background in food service, a passion for hospitality, and detail orientated.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency
• Oversee website management and emails
• Answer phone, general inquiries
• Places and manage ads setting up interviews
• Manage office and restaurant supplies
* Inventories of Coffee and place orders
* Maintain inventories of china, glass and silverware (CGS) and place orders when needed
• Sort and file mail and invoices
• Helping with daily closeout admin tasks tasks
• Update Aloha with daily menu changes
The ideal candidate:
• Adheres to standards of professional appearance, personal cleanliness, and proper attire. Displays confidence and a friendly disposition at all times
• Seeks to continuously learn and grow
• Has a comprehensive understanding of our reservation system and can assist guests with booking tables
• Bilingual , Spanish and English
• Assists management and other associates if needed or assigned. Promotes teamwork and dependability
• Exhibits punctuality and dependability
This is currently a Full Time position averaging 40 hours per week
Compensation: hourly based on experience
