Seeking line cooks and dishwashers to join our team at a new late night diner coming to Humboldt Park this summer!
Line cook duties and requirements include:
-Preparing food for service
-Follow recipes for bulk prep
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation safety standards and regulations
-Working alongside our Executive Chef and Front of House Manager to create seamless service
-Ensuring a positive work environment
-Proficient knife skills
-Must be able to multitask and maintain a clean and orderly work space
-Must be able to stand for periods of at least 8 hours and to be able to lift up to 50 pounds
-Night & weekend brunch availability
-Previous kitchen experience of 2 years
Dishwasher duties and requirements include:
-Knowledge of how to use a dish machine and how to set up a three compartment sink
-How to properly use and distinguish between different cleaning chemicals
-Work at a fast and efficient pace with good time management
-Know how to sweep and mop well
-Work alongside cooks and managers to create seamless service
-Maintain a clean and orderly work space
-Must be able to stand for periods of at least 8 hours and to be able to lift up to 50 pounds
-Night & weekend brunch availability

We are a classic diner coming to Humboldt Park this summer! Offering late-night menus on weekdays with weekend brunch and full beer garden, guests can expect classic breakfast staples, burgers, sandwiches, beer, and seasonal cocktails delivered with friendly service in a lowkey atmosphere.
All employees are given accrued PTO, weekly paychecks, and 4 day workweeks.
