We are looking for experienced Barbacks and Bussers to join LIC’s newest indoor/outdoor venue, GameHaus. Gamehaus is an omni-functional event space that will be operating a sporting club, live entertainment venue, beer hall, brunch spot, tapas restaurant, and will feature a dedicated area for retro arcade and table games - perfect for young adults and families!

Our Barback and Bussers are expected to:

• Provide exceptional attention and service to our guests
• Assist with completing all required opening and closing duties including table and/or bar area setting.
• Maintain all necessary equipment and supplies are properly and neatly stocked in respective areas.
• Maintain a clean work space throughout the shift.
• Ensure all tables and bar areas are clean and organized.
• Have basic understanding of food and beverage menus to assist bartenders and servers with service to guests.
• Assist with guest orders and beverage preparations as required.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to bring out food items to guests and be the final quality control on plating and presentation prior to bringing out food items to guests.
• Work as a team and assist others whenever needed.

Qualifications/Experience

• Experience working in a high volume fast paced hospitality venue
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience working with TOAST or similar POS
• Familiar with industry's best practices, including department of health standards
