Bacetti is expanding our kitchen team of dedicated and passionate cooks. Our menu leans heavily on Roman cuisine, infused with a modern Californian sensibility. We are currently open 6 days a week and doing up to 200 covers nightly. We make our pasta in house, and use seasonal produce and other high-quality ingredients to make simple but delicious and satisfying food.
We are looking for seasoned, professional line cooks who are comfortable on multiple stations and focused on food quality and consistency. Previous experience with pasta, pizza, or Italian food is a plus but not required. Cleanliness, efficiency, dependability, and collegiality are esstential. The kitchen team works in a beautiful open kitchen, under the leadership of Chef Joel Stovall (formerly of Orsa & Winston). We are a workplace rooted in mutual respect and professionalism. Compensation starts at $18 hourly and up, depending on experience. Highly experienced applicants will be considered for more senior roles with higher compensation. All kitchen staff receive tips as part of the house tip pool. We process payroll weekly with a paycheck every Friday.
