Approximate hours are 6:30am - 4pm. The AM Line Cooks at Middle Child Clubhouse are responsible for the execution of breakfast and lunch service. No assholes allowed. Responsibilities are as follows:

• Executing all breakfast and lunch pick-ups
• Setting up the line cook stations each day, including necessary food preparation
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including daily, monthly, and weekly deep cleaning
• Reports directly to the AM Lead Line Cook 
• Turning over the line to the PM staff
