The Imperial is a stunning three-floor restaurant & bar that serves Mid-Atlantic inspired cuisine through the lens of southern France. The main floor also features a sparkling raw bar and al fresco diners can enjoy drinks and dinner under the stars on The Imperial's two-tiered open-air rooftop garden. Our bar program has a focus on interesting wines, creative craft cocktails, low (and no)-ABV offerings & vintage spirits.
Ideal candidates should have:
- at least two years of high volume, full-service restaurant experience
- strong knowledge of classic French cooking techniques, craft cocktails, beer, spirits and especially wine
- full-time, open-availability
- a keen eye for detail and a high level of appreciation for the benefits of an exceptionally clean & organized restaurant

Primary duties include:
- providing knowledgable and hospitable service to guests
- following all set steps of service
- adhering to proper cash handling, void & discount procedures
- maintaining proper organization and cleanliness of dining room during setup and breakdown
- service with a hospitable and pleasant demeanor at all times
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $1,000
