Stellina Pizzeria, a Michelin bib gourmand restaurant, is looking for a Pizzaiolo to join the company.
Our menu is centered around Southern Italian food and neo-Neapolitan style pizzas. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside Chef Matteo Venini in our kitchen that overlooks the dining room.

Responsibilities include:
- Minimum of one year working a pizza oven in a high voilume environment
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen and be able to handle rigors of busy services while also maintaining quality and consistency of dishes
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized workstation during each shift, while observing internal and regulatory (health, fire department, etc.) guidelines at all times
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
