The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of floor service.
You will conduct a daily line up meeting with staff to motivate the team and communicate staff focus for the shift to achieve KPI goals set.
The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of financials to meet set KPIs and budgets, encourageing staff sales ability.
Build relationships with regular guests and aim to expand this client base through social media & word or mouth promoting the restaaurant within brand guidelines.
In order to succeed as a shift leader, you should be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently, and anticipate guest and staff needs. You should be a skilled communicator with excellent problem solving, observation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Min $1000 per week.
COVID-19 considerations:All staff are required to wear a mask at all times when in the restaurant. Customers are required to wear a mask when standing or using the restroom. All customers are required to order food to be served alcohol according to CT government mandate.
