Chef Thomas Keller's Michelin-rated French bistro, Bouchon, is seeking a passionate individuals who strive to provide the highest level of service and hospitality. Our dining room team is seeking a talented  individual to be a part our beverage team as an Assistant Sommelier

Qualified candidates must have extensive wine knowledge and 5+ years experience in a kitchen driven or fine dining environment. This individual will be a vital partner in the service leadership team. This candidate will oversee the execution of the beverage program, participate in service daily, provide educational opportunities for staff and assist in the oversight of the cellar inventory.
