Vital Root, is the healthful, fast-casual restaurant concept from Edible Beats, the Denver-based restaurant group known for the highly original and successful concepts El Five, Linger, Root Down, and Ophelia’s Electric Soapbox.
We are now seeking applicants for FOH positions!
Our FOH staff are involved in all aspects of the guest experience. Cashier, bussing, expo, and facilitating to-go orders. An ability to wear multiple hats and swing between positions during service is essential.
Applicants should have some experience in the hospitality industry or customer service/relations, and a background in fast casual concepts is a plus.
Experience as a barista, runner, busser, server, bartender, or in customer service are ideal. However, we are interested in getting those involved that show passion for health, wellness, and the care of our environment. In this unique setting you will gain experience in many areas of the restaurant including food prep, barista, customer service, and many more responsibilities that will arise in a fast paced, team environment.
Other requirements:
- Open availability including nights & weekends
- Ability to handle a busy, high volume working environment
- Awareness and belief in strong health and cleanliness practices is a must
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- High energy and positive attitude in a fast paced & fun environment
- Physical stamina to stand throughout duration of shift
- must be able to lift over 20lbs multiple times per shift
We are looking to fill both part time and full time positions.

Starting wage: $15.87/hour + TIPS
Current Average Hourly Pay with tips: $20-23
