Corrida Boulder is looking for full and part time prep cooks and line cooks. Led by Chef Samuel McCandless, we focus on fine dining, progressive, sustainable, beef centric cuisine. If you are looking to join a stable, team-oriented restaurant, with opportuities to further your culinary carrer Corrida is for you. We have positions available for all skill sets, from entry level to years of experience. We take pride in our craft and enjoy teaching and sharing with our team. New employees are given the tools to succeed from our experienced management team. We know the kitchen is a demanding environment, and all that hard work deserves to be recognized so our compensation package is better than the industry norm. It includes health insurance, paid time off, bus pass and dining incentives. This kitchen is also included in the tip pool, so most employees can make between $20 and $27 per hour!
