RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets members and their guests in a positive, friendly manner and making them feel welcome
- Serves drinks, proportioning ingredients to exact recipes
- Commands full menu knowledge at all times and preparation methods
- Guides members and their guests through all phases of their experience at the club
- Exhibits proper knowledge, selling techniques and service delivery of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
- Describes dinner features as needed, including menu changes and daily additions
- Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the bar
- Anticipates the guests’ needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Works as a team, assisting all members’, guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries
- Effectively communicates with management, service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues
- Anticipates the needs of the members and their guests and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Follows all health and safety regulations
- Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned
