Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interacting in a positive and friendly demeanor with guests and employees

• In depth knowledge of the beverage and food selection, to the extent you will be able to thoughtfully answer any of the customer questions.

• Accurately and consistently preparing all of our beverage offerings.

• Keeping front of house and beverage work stations clean & sanitized throughout the shift.

• Proper management of inventory levels, maintaining front of house stock such as cups, paper goods, etc. and communicating to front of house managers when items are running low.

• If guests are dining in, you may help in delivering beverages to guest tables.

• Following all internal as well as local, state, federal, and company policies in regards to COVID-19 safety.

• Adherence to all established health, sanitation, and food & work safety practices.

• Physical Requirements- This position will require you to be standing for the duration of your shift.  Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to twenty-five (25) pounds.

We are ideally looking for someone with at least 1 year’s experience in a fast paced café or coffee shop – working with a third wave coffee program. Presentation of beverages is important, and we do require you to complete a service test before working.
