Sixty Three Clinton is a new restaurant opening in July 2021 by Michelin-starred Chef Samuel Clonts and Raymond Trinh (Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare, Bar Uchu) serving elevated American fare with global influences. The restaurant is located in New York City's Lower East Side Neighborhood.

Responsibilities:
- Keeping our restaurant as clean as possible.
- Organizing and setting yourself up for success.
- Maintain proper sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Possess a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Showing up on a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of prep kitchen, walk-in, dry storage, and upstairs storage space.
- Work with Back of House (BOH) team to maintain appropriate food rotation (FIFO) to ensure maximum freshness of food items.
- Ensures that we meet DOH regulations as reflected in inspections.
- Dispose of all trash, cardboard, etc. as needed throughout shift: Empties trash cans from all kitchen areas throughout the shift.
- Washing and drying plates and silverware, and returning to respective homes.
- Please don't break our nice serviceware
Requirements for our team:
- Organized

- Ability to follow instructions and remain calm under pressure
- Assists with deep cleaning schedule
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 9 (nine) hours in length.
- This position requires full time availability, including days, nights & weekends.
