Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- Interact with customers, take orders and accurately serve food and cocktails
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Learn all menus and suggest cocktails based on guest preferences
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all casino food and beverage regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience in a qualified restaurant
- A passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and the guest experience
- Proven working experience serving wine and specialty cocktail
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Written and verbal comprehension of English language
- Team oriented
- Fine Dining experience a plus
