Situated in the heart of Lincoln Park at the edge of a pond overlooking the dramatic Chicago skyline is North Pond Restaurant.  Drawing inspiration from the local market and utilizing ingredients at the height of their season North Pond supports small local farmers, growers and producers and treats their product with respect and care.  We are looking to enhance our team with an assistant manager. It is a full-time job.

The ideal candidate must genuinely thrive making people happy and be able to have fun while working.  The confidence to lead a strong team of professionals, the ability to effectively manage and be able to trouble shoot and make frequent decisions are essential to the success of the restaurant and this position.  You must exemplify the highest standards of customer service and have excellent communication skills.  As an assistant manager you will manage the proper flow of service at the door, on the floor, at the bar & expo continuously communicating with the kitchen and FOH staff while interacting with our guests.  Upholding service standards, product quality and cleanliness are crucial.
