Bub and Grandma's Bread in Los Angeles is looking another baker to join our rapidly growing team!
Ideal candidates should have at least a year of professional bakery experience under their belt, be that pastry or bread focused.
This is not an ego-driven kitchen. Employees must have a hunger for knowledge and a drive to improve their work and themselves on a daily basis. They should also be empathetic, kind, intuitive and communicative.
The job itself will cover all aspects of bread making from leaven management to mixing to fermenting to shaping a great diversity of bread products and eventually running the ovens.
Candidates must be comfortable with a full time schedule starting dark and early in the mornings (read: 4AM-ish to start) and must understand that this is a physically demanding job.
