Peak is a premium restaurant, bar and an impressive events space on the 101 floor above New York City. The panoramic venue is situated above the highest outdoor observation deck in the city. A luxurious destination with breath-taking views of lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty.
Peak is looking for a Sommelier to join the team.
Duties:
- Wine service and sales
- Assisting with deliveries and inventory
- Wine list maintenance
- Staff education
Experience:
- At least 2 years of Sommelier
- Experience in fine dining (NYC preferred)
- Knowledge of all major regions and production
- Court of master sommeliers certification/ ASA certification a plus but not 100% necessary
