The Salt Line DC is Seeking Managers
 

Looking for dynamic hospitality professionals to join The Salt Line DC management team. Candidates ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years of comparable restaurant manager experience, although seasoned candidates with other types of front of house restaurant experience looking to take the next step into management will also certainly be considered. All candidates first and foremost have a passion for guest service and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Additionally looking for solid experience with staff management (hiring, training and staff education, coaching and development); someone with a strong food and beverage knowledge, and overall a resume and career timeline that demonstrates  a passion for the restaurant industry and a desire to continue to challenge themselves and grow.

This position will work closely with the General Manager in opening and closing the restaurant, supervising the daily shifts and operations, staff support and development, and first and foremost ensuring the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have both fine dining and high volume experience, strong leadership skills, a collaborative team mentality, are highly efficient and organized. and bring a genuine infectious enthusiasm for all things Food, Beverage, and Hospitality.
