Department:
Front of the house Position: Shift Lead

Job Description:
● Greet all guests with a warm welcome
● Take customer orders at the counter or over the phone
● Process sales transactions
● Accept cash or credit card payments
● Thorough knowledge of menu and products in order to properly answer customer questions
● Organize order tickets for dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders
● Pack food items, reheat pizza slices, make side items such as wings, garlic knots & meatballs
● Direct line of communication with General Manager
● Throttling orders and order/time management
● 86ing & un86ing all platforms
● Training new & current team members on tasks
● Delegating duties & side work to employees
● Handling customer issues and managing conflict
● Monitoring attendance & punctuality & Breaks
● Checking opening & closing lists
● Adhering to company policies, health, safety and employment standards
● Writing end of night report when GM is not present

Qualifications:
● High school diploma coupled with experience in related customer service roles
● Proficiency in using computers and knowledge of point-of-sale systems
● Customer-service skills (Outstanding customer relation skills and ability to ensure a customer priority culture)
● Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation and goal setting
● Strong problem-solving skills
● In-depth industry knowledge
● Ability to work as part of a team & collaborate effectively
● Ability to work & thrive in a fast paced environment
● Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
● Attention to detail
● Accountability & accuracy in reconciling sale transactions
● Ability to stand for long periods of time
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
● Must be able to work a flexibility schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays



Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
