Linger, a part of the Edible Beats Restaurant Group behind Root Down, Ophelia's, Vital Root and El Five, is hiring professional, high-volume bartenders with experience in hospitality and craft, elevated bar programs.

Our Restaurant fundamentals are: seasonal, international, organic, flavorful, creative, sophisticated, basics done very well, passionate, evolving, healthy, neighborhood, integrity, funky, sense of humor, you get the picture....

Potential service staff must have experience in elevated, chef-driven restaurant concepts, and strong foundational knowledge in most areas of both food and beverage is also required.

We have full and part time positions available.

Other requirements:

• Open availability including nights & weekends

• Strong written & verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle a busy, high volume working environment
• must be able to lift over 20lbs multiple times per shift.

• Awareness and belief in strong health and cleanliness practices is a must

Starting Wage: $15.87/hour + Tips. All Servers receive full minimum wage (rather than the tipped minimum wage) and participate in a whole house tip pool. Each Server's percentage of tips will increase over time as their work history and skill set progresses.

Current Average Hourly Pay with tips: $29-35
