Job Details

We are currently looking for a full-time pastry prep cook with some line cook responsibilities. Job requirements include:

  • One year (or more) of experience in pastry production, with weekend availability.
  • A positive and flexible attitude at work.
  • Self-starting, must be able to work independently, with or without supervision. 
  • Organization and clean working ability.
  • A willingness to be crossed trained on other kitchen stations.
  • Daily responsibility for setting up the pastry line and making sure all products are up to restaurant standards.
