Servers, Bartenders, Back Servers, Hosts, Runners, & Bakery Attendants:
Noisette is a new concept that will be opening this summer at a charming location in the Lower Highlands. We are a classic French bakery open for take-out during the day and an intimate, full-service upscale French restaurant at night celebrating cuisine bourgeoise.
We are a chef-owned and operated restaurant seeking enthusiastic, professional, & experienced FOH individuals (Servers, Bartenders, Back Servers, Hosts, Runners, & Bakery Attendants) to execute upscale service for our guests with focus on sincerity, passion, knowledge, and attention to detail. The ideal candidates will have fine dining experience and be able to maintain a professional and positive attitude relating to our guests, staff, and job duties.
Duties that we envision for the Server position include:
- Must have high attention to detail and ability to follow specific service standards and procedures with consistency.
- Be able to memorize and understand all menu items, recipes, and daily features in order to answer questions and make recommendations to our guests.
- Attending to guest needs throughout their dining experience, including food recommendations, delivery, clearing, watering, resetting, presenting their checks, and wishing them a warm departure.
- The ability to fill in any position in the FOH when need be. Versatility is crucial.
- In-depth wine knowledge. Certifications are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of French food and technique is a plus.
Duties that we envision for the Bakery Attendant include:
- Greet guests as they come into the bakery and offer your assistance.
- The ability to fill in any position in the FOH when need be. Versatility is crucial.
- Explain menu items to guests with enthusiasm and descriptive language, and be knowledgeable about our ingredients so you can tell guests about our commitment to quality food sources.
- Should be patient with customers when answering questions, and understanding and helpful when dealing with any problems that arise.
