We are a second generation Brazilian & Portuguese restaurant that opened in 1979. Our new location has undergone renovation and will be opening with our first ever cafe/bakery, Bica, with pastries and breads from our pastry chef, Per Se alum Alejandra Nicolon, and two bars with Marcio Silva creating the beverage program.
Our menu has been crafted for over 40 years and the dining room will be helmed by Brazilian chef Giancarlo Junyent, who is updating the menu and adding a few new touches to some old favorites, like moqueca, a Brazilian seafood stew. Family-style meals, where diners will be able to order large-format dinners like a whole roast pig in advance, are also in the works.
