We’re currently in search of a Food & Beverage Manager who shares these values and will champion them at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. We’re looking for someone who’s energetic, extremely hands-on, and can multitask with the best of them, a right-hand to the Director of F&B, and a genius at anticipating obstacles to elevate the overall Food & Beverage department at our hotel. Most important, someone who believes in cultivating an environment where leadership and team development go hand-in-hand and ensuring that all of our guests have a memorable, delicious and joyful experience, every time they visit. Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience. 
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. 
  • Advanced knowledgeable of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. 
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written. 
  • Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
