Fruition Restaurant is excited to grow our kitchen team. We have Line Cook positions open. We are looking for dedicated, passionate and creative individuals who excel in a team oriented environment.
As a member of the Alex Seidel team you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the industry's most talented and dedicated service professionals. Experience preferred, passion and commitment a must!

Chef Alex Seidel was the recipient of the 2018 James Beard Award for Best Chef Southwest. He opened the Denver neighborhood institution Fruition Restaurant in 2007, followed by Fruition Farms Creamery, an artisan food producer, in 2009, and Mercantile dining & provision at Union Station in 2014. Chook, his most recent restaurant, a fast-casual charcoal rotisserie restaurant, opened it's first location in 2018, its second in 2019 and a third in 2020.

Job Duties:
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
This Job Is:
• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
• Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma


Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $19.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $200
