Cheesie's Lakeview is seeking a professional Front of the House Shift Leader, with strong leadership skills and an outgoing personality who is excited to grow in the service industry and commit to providing quality service in a fun and casual bar environment. 

We are looking for someone driven and motivated to move up in the company while making this location your home. You must understand what it truly means to be in the customer service industry and have the leadership skills in order to have your Team all working towards the same goal of working hard, following the rules, and making it fun for everyone.

Job Duties Include:

• Assist with training and management of all front and back of the house Team Members.

• Assist with inventory and ordering.

• Assist with scheduling.

• Experience with restaurant driven technology platforms such as POS and inventory systems.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Basset and food handlers certifications required. Manager certificate beneficial but not required.

• Work with GM in identify strategies to enhance sales of food and bar business based on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales analytics and the overall needs and requests of our regular guests.

• Work with GM to identify challenges within the day-to-day operations, develop solutions and assist with implementation.

• Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all Team Members and guests pursuant to the CPG Restaurant SOP’s.

• Work in accordance with other GM’s and AGM’s at all current and any future locations to develop and implement new standard operating procedures.

• Must be able to work weekends and late nights.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

• Must have reliable transporation.
